Hi guys! This post is going to be an appreciation post
intertwined with a final update of my challenge. To start off with my final
update, this will most likely be my last blog post. But to update you on the
challenge, here's a list of the things I've achieved whilst presenting myself
this dietary challenge.
-I ended up losing
2 pounds in 1 month (and two days of
March)
-My grades got a bit better
-I focused so much
better
-When I come home from school, I no longer eat my mother out of
house and home
-I wasn't falling asleep at midnight anymore (I actually
regulated my sleep schedule)
-I felt much more positive and confident
So in all, I think this challenge really benefitted the mental
aspects of my health and helped some of the physical aspects.
As for appreciation, I just really want to thank all of you for almost 800 views. The
idea that nearly 800 people took time out of their day to read my blog posts or
explore my website makes me feel like it was worthwhile. I hope that while you
were reading my blog, you might've learned something. Thank you all so
much!
